Welcome to Carlton32.com, my official website. It has been a great summer for baseball. I traveled back to New York for the All-Star Game at Yankee Stadium. It was a thrill to stand on the field during the pre-game ceremony with all of the other Hall of Famers and think about all the history that was made in that stadium. Later that month, it was back to Cooperstown for Induction Weekend. It's always an action packed weekend. Two days of golf, dinners, receptions and multiple bottles of wine with old friends. I also checked out the new exhibits in the Hall and visited with the new Hall President, Jeff Idelson. I've known Jeff for years and I think that he'll do a great job and he'll bring a new energy to the Hall of Fame. If you would like to find out how you can contribute or learn more about some of the Hall programs, check out baseballhall.org. Finally, it was out to Philadelphia for the Phillies Alumni Weekend. They inducted Juan Samuel into the Phillies Wall of Fame and honored Robin Roberts and re-retired his number. It's always fun to be back in Philadelphia and it's a bonus to be able to visit with old friends and teammates. Hopefully, we'll all be back in October. Thanks for visiting Steve
